
一、个人简介
宋相宇,男,汉族,1995.09,籍贯河南商丘,中共党员,博士。研究领域为食源性致病菌快速检测传感器开发应用及肉品绿色保鲜调控机制研究。主持/参与科研项目2项,以第一作者发表论文9篇。

2025年6月博士毕业于南京农业大学食品学院食品科学与工程专业;
2021年6月硕士毕业于南京农业大学食品学院食品科学与工程专业;
2018年6月本科毕业于河南农业大学食品科学技术学院食品质量安全专业;
