杨调调,女,汉族,1993.03,籍贯甘肃静宁,中共党员,博士。研究领域为食品加工过程中有害物质的生成与控制、粮食中真菌毒素的检测控制与毒性研究。主持科研项目4项,以第一作者或共一发表论文10篇。
