
一、个人基本情况
郝梦瑶,女,1992.10,河南安阳,中共党员,2025年毕业于江南大学发酵工程专业,生物与食品学院生物工程专业教师,讲师,工科实训中心103室办公。主要从事极端环境来源的高效稳定生物催化剂的开发与应用研究,聚焦于大分子改造与功能适配机制的探索,致力于推动生物催化技术在复杂环境中的实际应用及其潜在的工业化前景。发表SCI论文10篇。

2012-2016年,福建师范大学生物科学专业学士;
2016-2019年,江南大学生物化学与分子生物学专业硕士;
2021-2025年,江南大学发酵工程专业博士;
2025.12-至今,商丘师范学院生物与食品学院讲师。
