
一、个人基本情况
李雪杰,女,1991.01,江苏徐州,群众,2022年毕业于华南理工大学发酵工程专业,生物与食品学院生物工程专业教师,讲师,工科实训中心103室办公。主要从事食源性致病微生物生物被膜形成与丝状真菌天然产物合成与调控机制研究。主持广东省基础与应用基础研究基金项目1项,河南省青年C类项目1项。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇。

2011-2015年,盐城师范学院生物科学专业学士;
2016-2022年,华南理工大学发酵工程专业博士;
2021-2022年,柏林工业大学联合培养博士研究生;
2022-2025年,华南理工大学博士后;
2025.9-至今,商丘师范学院生物与食品学院讲师。
